I've noticed recently that when I load my current prison some grants keep resetting, going back as if I've never selected them. Most noticeable with longer grants, I think I've selected the long term investment about 2 or 3 times before I just kept the game running long enough to finish it.
Now my carpentry one has reset so now I'm back to zero beds made, really frustrating as it took a while to get to where I was.
