bug: moving to hawk domestic policy doesnt affect queued production orders.
you need to reorder loosing serial befefits.

just that, i ordered in 1936 30 infantery units in serial mode.

but then the slider moved a lot to hawk plolicy, unfortunately to receive the benefits i have to reorder a new serial production loosing the benefits of the
inicial job.

Two thigs wrong with this one:

1)It's working as designed, without this the gearing bonus system would not work well. With the sliders it makes less sense, but it would not be possible to include them but not the technological benefits to existing builds this won't most likely be changed.
