Dacha is home to 6 Gaia worlds. Upon contact with the system I am told by the game to build Observation posts on every planet but am unable to. Further that I am unable to CLAIM the system itself as there is an Outpost already within the system.
Currently I am playing as a DE Machine empire.
So far I am unable to contact them. I can attack but cannot destroy the Starbase. Cannot build observation posts at all.
Further more, all of the planets missing buildings and are Miserable.

Xbox Series X
2. What version of the game are you using?
3.9.3 (Xbox Release)
3. What DLC do you have installed?
All of them, including C6 portrait
4. When did this start happening?
Going into the system the Starbase was present. Construction ships are unable to build a starbase of my own or any observations.
5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how
Only stumbled upon the system once. Unable to load back due to Ironman Save.
6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?

7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?
