Bug with Industrial Score in 1.03b MP

In my last Session in Multiplayer, from Time to Time one of those uncivilized or really small Country suddenly got the Leda in Indutry, either with 402 or 54 Points.
It was really scary.But it does nothing, dissappears after a while.
Anyway it gets in my nerves.

It's lag. I've seen Peru vault to #1 position because our game was too laggy. The host, of course, was not affected and another player who was close to the host also doesn't see that as often as me and a Swiss player.
