Buggy HRE electors in 1.10.0.1

Description​

The tooltip of Prince-Electors shows 7 electors, among them Prince-Bishoprics of Cologne, Mainz and Trier.
The actual electors list in the Nominate Candidate window, however, shows Prince-Bishops of Mainz, Coburg, and Prince-Archbishop of Salzburg.

Prince-Bishop of Coburg votes for Duke Konrad of Luxembourg, but gives him 0 votes, even though his Voting Strength is 1.

Start in HRE in 1066, check the Electors tab in the Election for the HRE window

Thank you for your report.

Regarding the Prince Electors -

I think it might be WAD - notice that the tooltip states that these princes are favored to be prince electors.

Luticia is not in the HRE borders at the game start and East Franconia is held by HRE Emperor (both are favored to be electors).

Electors are Emperor + 7 princes electors (so 8 in total).

I believe that Prince Bishops of Coburg and Salzburg are electors instead of East Franconia and Luticia (so numbers add up).

(this is state at the beginning of the game in 1066 for me).

Additionally besides what I described - on the save your provided another change is that Prince-Bishop of Trier is not elector, instead there is Duke of Pula (despite not being on the list of favored electors). Prince-Bishop of Trier is not your direct vassal anymore, hence the change.

Maybe it could be explained better in the tooltip or in UI (why certain electors are electors despite not being favored and not the others, or at least better explanation what makes character being designated as elector as apparently favored are just that - favored but not always electors). I will add it to our database as minor issue but it is Developers decisions in the end.

Regarding vote strenght - Yes, I see it on your save. I will add it to our database, even if some background stuff makes it wad, that the score is 0, it is not properly explained.
