- Workshop has permanently "Failed: Enclosed (surrounded by walls)" warning, but room actually works.
- Programs with adjusted schedule won't run, tutors will arrive but leaves when session starts.

- Workshop has permanently "Failed: Enclosed (surrounded by walls)" warning, but room actually works.

Had this happen too. Was able to fix it by removing and rebuilding doors and re-zoning the room multiple times.

Did some testing and seems only programs where tutor is always present in room (i.e. kitchen safety and behavioural therapy) will work but prisoners won't attend to programs where tutors coming from outside that room.
