Building description?

I recently started playing the windows 10 Edition and noticed when I hover over buildings I no longer get the building description like I do when I play on steam. This is kind of annoying because I bought all the DLC but can't tell what some of the buildings do now before I buy them and place them down. Am I missing something?

I see that on my Win 10 store copy too, so I suspect that is normal for the console edition. You need to actually click on a building to see what it is.
