Building themes mod

Hello,

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but here goes:

Can I save my building themes that I've made with the building themes mod? I mean, not just save it for now, but save it permanently so I can use them if I uninstall the game and reinstall later?

I've unsubbed from all mods and assets following use of the mod and creating custom themes. When I resubbed I was surprised to find that ALL collections I had created were still listed. No idea how but it certainly was still listed.

That is interesting. However, in my case I had completely reinstalled the game again, and then none of the custom building themes that I had made in-game were saved. I had saved them in-game while inside a map, but I haven't seen a save-to-game button or anything. Can you work on building themes without going inside a map?

Mmm have to admit I was pleasantly surprised that custom themes appeared to have been saved- the thought of redoing them was a nightmare. You can add some buildings to themes within your main menu under asset tab.

In the skylines installation dir, there is a file called BuildingThemes.xml

That file stores your custom themes.

I think you are one folder too deep.

Those countless files can safely be deleted (those are old BT save files, these are now obsolete). But there is a single one in the parent folder named BuildingThemes.xml. Keep that.
