Cadet branch disconnected from main House Dynasty

Description​

Basically, the Karenid dynasty in the 867 are not connected to the Arsacid dynasty. I don't think this is an intentional design. This issue made the only current existing house of that dynasty, be the Pahlavuni. When it should be both the Karenids and the Pahlavuni.

This causes the game to make it that when you do establish a Kingdom as a Karenid, you wouldn't receive the Arsacid dynasty banner like the Pahlavunis. It's a rather small issue that I hope gets fixed because it sucks that as a Karenid you're not connected to a notable historical dynasty despite being related to them in the character history and the game files.

I attached images of the problem to give a better perspective.

Steps to reproduce​

Start the game and view the Karenid or the Pahluvanis to see their lack of relations

Bump. I noticed the hotfix didn't fix the issue, but I'm hoping the report doesn't get drowned and will be accounted for in the database.
