Camera Tilt Controls, hidden?

So, I accidentally found out that I could tilt the camera angle, by simultaneously pressing either W or S (pan up or down) at the same time as Q or E (rotate clockwise or counterclockwise). I didn't see this anywhere in the key bindings, so it was a pleasant surprise. Actually, it was unpleasant at first, because I had no idea what I just did or how I did it.

So, who else had no idea they could do this until they accidentally did it?
