Can Arrange Marriage for Hostages

Description​

If you have a hostage, you can‘t arrange a marriage, as intented, BUT, if you arrange a marriage for any other of your courtiers, you can select the hostage as partner, and since she is at your court the wedding proposal goes to yourself.

I think this is an overlook.
Possible Fix: Make it that the wedding proposal goes to the rightful court
Or
Don‘t allow hostages to be selectable in the GUI when arranging marriages

Steps to reproduce​

Get any hostage, try to arrange a marriage with selecting first any other single courtier, and then search for the hostage as partner
