Can I undo the reset achievements command?

So I ran the "debug_achievements clear" command by accident. Is there a way to undo this?

That would require them to have been back up in Steam somewhere, and I'm sure they don't do that!

That's a shame, 2000 hours and 290 achievements down the drain...
