Meanwhile, I introduce myself. I am an avid player of the HOI series and therefore also of Darkest Hour. I tried the Novapaddy MDS2015 mod (I think he is called that) and I liked it a lot; but since I would like to practice simple modding and I like the modern / near-futuristic scenario; I wanted to ask the author if I have the right to expand it and add content .. Obviously I would give all the necessary credits to Novapaddy.
In case, these would be my plans:
First:
1) The addition of all the portraits of all ministers from as many countries as possible
2) The addition of some traits for the most influential political personalities (trying to be as neutral and objective as possible).
After these two points I am going to work on:
1) The addition of numerous events and decisions for the main powers
2) a rework of the effects of the sliders
3) The revision of the economic system and some fixes to the technologies
For now these are my plans; I estimate about a year of work (in my spare time) from now; if I'll have the authorization...
