As verified in the changelogue, your camp itself has a culture and religion it specifically follows. So no, no immediate overide for non-special migrations.

Intrarealm migration is a topic I hadn't considered or seen addressed. Whether you can displace fellow vassals or tributaries of your top liege.

I know that you can migrate outside your liege's realm if you are a tributary or a vassal.
