Cannot Assign Prisoners to the Cleaning Cupboard

... the option is no longer available since the Jungle DLC release. Does anyone else have the problem?

The options e. g. Max Prisoners isn't displayed anymore.

Edit: Appears to be related to the no room limit mutator.

Hm, are you perhaps running any mods? I just checked and was able to assign prisoners to the cleaning cupboard. Both with and without the no room size mutator.

Okay, I figured it out. If the room is not surrounded by walls, it doesn't work. Is this intentional or a bug?
I do remember, in the past it did not matter whether the Cleaning Cupboard was just a random area somewhere in the prison.
