Description​

When a war ends by taking all directly ruled counties from a ruler and he as a result has to auto usurp the county of a vassal you cannot demand a hostage.
"Hostages can only be exchanged if both parties will still be Rulers after the Peace"

Steps to reproduce​

Declare a conquest war against a duke+ targeting a duchy that contains his entire personal demesne and he has vassals outside it.

Well, I think, that they auto-usurp a Vassal's Title is the Bug, because I have this happen once, in a Vassal Campaign, that my Liege usurped a Title from my Realm and this with protected Title Revocations, after this I have dissolved the Liege's Realm via Dissolutiion Faction.

A Liege without Land, should auto-destroy their Liege Title and not auto-usurp a Vassal's Title.

Either way there is a bug here. He is clearly a ruler after the peace so I should get to pick a hostage or he should no longer be a ruler.
