Cannot host feast - "! Is Incapable" is the message provided.

Description​

Attempts to hold a feast fail as I cannot click the "start feast" button. I am presented with a tooltip showing an exclamation mark followed by "Is Incapable".

I would be happy to provide you a save game file, but this website "uploads" for a period of time and then stops. As you cannot clear your file selections, I had to create a dummy text file in order to send this bug report to you. You can add that to your bug report.

Steps to reproduce​

I had just finished building a Leisure Palace after destroying the tax collection office in my duchy. I clicked "upgrade" or whatever to build level 2 of the building. I then went to host a feast and am unable to start one.

Does your character have the "Incapable" trait? If so, they are unable to host events.

No, she didn't. When she succeeded, the ability to host a feast was not permitted.
After a few in-game events, the feast was then permitted. It's like she wasn't allowed because she was attending an event elsewhere, yet the game didn't tell me she was attending an event, nor had an event route planned or anything.
