Cannot Start Program After Installing AODgame1.10rc7

I installed the new beta for version 1.10 over version 1.09 and when I try to launch the game I get the following error message:

"The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I have no idea what this is about. Is anyone able to help?

Definitely. That file is named "Microsoft Visual C Plus Plus version 140".
... Which nicely maps to Visual Studio 2015, which I use to build the game.
