I've been trying to use the add_lover and add_friend commands but they haven't been responding. I've tried multiple times and I'm sure I've been using the right character IDs. My guess is something has been changed or that your not supposed to put spaces in between the commands and the various ID's.

Frankly no idea, I'm sorry, never played with such things.

Does it work as you expect if you go back to older game versions?

You might try the User Mods forum, I'd think they would have more experience with such things.

I think the problem was that I wasn't putting the [ ] around the character ID's. The problem is now that when I put in the correct number it says, "no charachter with ID# 0" even when I'm 100 percent sure I've put in the corect ID#

How exactly are you formatting it?

I think the problem was that I wasn't putting the [ ] around the character ID's...

To the contrary. Do not use [ or ].
It shoud be simply looking as in this example:

add_lover 1234 1238

Then go tot the Relations tab to see the result.
