Can't get game to load

Hello all. Can't get EU to load. After a delay, a picture appears briefly -- it looks like it's a standard loading screen -- but immediately it disappears and I'm back at desktop.

I've tried at both office and home with same result. Systems are all better than minimum, good solid PC clones which run every darn thing. Screen res is set to 800X600. Any thoughts?

Please give us some more details on your machine.. ie hardware/drivers and OS

Home is 233mHz, 64M memory, Matrox Mystique PCI board (2M), Win98, plenty of free disk space.

Office is 333mHz, 128M memory, Diamond Stealth II G640(2M), Win 98, Creative AWE 64 16-bit audio (SB16 compatible), plenty of free disk space.
