Can't get rid of saved games nor editor mistakes

my problem is i accidentally deleted Canada on the 1936 scenario.
so hey i just uninstalled and installed again, everytime i do this. canada is still gone, it seems like i've saved everything even on the cd (not that that is possible)

even the old autosaved games are there when i start the game up. and well in the scenario? don't even try to get close to the canadian border as the whole game crashes.
i don't understand why the saved games and scenarios are not deleted and installed properly when i uninstall the entire game?

Look at this thread on how to uninstall (which by the way is sticky'd at the top of this forum). I think you just didn't remove everything that you needed to.
