Can't host or join on multiplayer!

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
For some reason whenever I click on multiplayer it shows me an empty list. There are no servers and I don't have the option to host one either. I tried refresh Lan to see If that does anything but nothing happens. My options are grayed out and when I do quit back to the main menu I can't go back to multiplayer saying something like my game state is corrupted or whatnot.

As you have the correct current version and checksum, I do not know why you are not seeing others who presumably have the same. Has this ever worked for you in this game? Or never yet?

The fact you can see none even with Same Version unticked tends to point to a firewall issue. Make sure you have opened the required Steam ports in all you active firewalls (each player may have up to 3)

This is normal and by design, and nothing to do with your problem. It is to force MP players to restart the whole game to rejoin MP games, which clears memory and MP connections and so aids MP stability.
