Can't install patches!

After having to uninstal HOI2 due to some corrupt files, I reinstalled it again but now the patch (1.3a) installer says that HOI2 is not installed.
Can someone provide me with a .rar file or other kind of WinZip archive containing the files so that I can bypass the .exe installation? I think that I saw a 1.3b.rar (all patches) sometime, but I can't find it now.

Uninstall and install HOI2. Read how to uninstall HOI2. Good luck

We do not provide official patches in RAR or zip format, only some updates like the 1.03B AI enhancement.

I had the same Problem! It's due to the Registry, that the Patch "thinks" that HoI2 is still installed.

1. Uninstall (Manually?) HoI2
2. Open Registry with RegEdit (Start --> Run --> RegEdit --> [Enter])
3. Delete all HoI2 Entrys (Search --> HoI2; Paradox; Hearts of Iron 2; etc...)
4. Re-Install HoI2

Then there should be no Problems with the Patches anymore.
