When I try to load any save game, the loading advance and when is reaching the end, it stops. I let the PC loading for six hours and didn't loaded

Sigh...it's proffesionally called "Save game corrupted". Enjoy your broken save; this happens because of many various reasons. For once, I'm gonna ask you if you edited the save game file or just ran the editor on it. And I don't believe you that you had the game ran on your computer for 6 hours straight without any disruption 
Edit: After rereading your post, I must say that I think ALL saves are broken for you, or it's an installation problem. Reinstall if the above dosen't help.
