Can't patch DD after reinstalling

After one massive error I uninstalled and reinstalled the game (I use the downloaded version)

Now I cannot patch it, because it says I need to unlock it. THE UNLOCK BUTTON IS NOT THERE. What do I do?

Oh, I just noticed. I don't have a .exe file in the Doomsday folder.
