Attach here the log file, thanks:
~/.Prison\ Architect/debug.txt

Also in Steam please click on Steam-Help-System Info, and paste everything there into a text file and attach that here.
 
So, I fixed it myself (cuz I read the debug file). I believe its a problem with the mods. I unsubbed from all of them but the game still thought they were there. I just deleted all the files in the ~/Prison\ Architect/mods folder and now it works again.
