Can't select a successor for accolades

Description​

Can't select a successor for accolades from it's window if there is an eligible character but not serving as a knight, you have go to knight list and change it manually. When you create an accolade there is an option to force/forbid/allow for every possible candidate and exactly the same is needed for choosing a successor.
