Can't START a game

Basicaly, whenever i go to start a game, ie. GC or other scenario, the game simply quits, to the windows.

BTW. same problem with HoI.

Can anyone sujest something?

First thing to try is renaming your AVI folder to AVI_back.

Are you saying that is a good or bad thing?

I'm running XP with latest updatetes...i remember that gane used to work.

Now the problem occurs after I click "New Game" and chose a senareo.. the screen flashes and then the EU2 siply stops working and closes itself.

Did you try my suggestion of renaming the AVI folder.
