Can't start a save because of a "missing DLC"

Hello,
I play at Stellaris in Cepheus v.3.4.5 and I hadn't had any problems since now, idk if it's a hint to solve my problem
Today, I just wanted to play with my last save but i can't because it's said "Missing DLC : Toxoids Specie Pack" when I want to click on it and start to play. cf. screenshot below (it's in french bc i'm from France)
I checked, I own this DLC on my game, I uninstalled-reinstalled my Toxicoids Pack but it still doesn't work.

idk what to do, do you have any helps ?

Nevertheless I bought Toxoids on October 22th and I played 4 days ago without any problems, since 6 months I played in 3.4.5, even if i had bought Toxoids

I can't explain how you could have played using Toxoids with 3.4.5 before, but that's clearly not the case now!

You could check with the good folks in User Mods on how to remove the requirement for that DLC from the save game file.
