Could be a memory issue I suppose, how much main ram do you have?

If you do not think it is hardware related then go ahead and file a bug report.

How much memory do you have and what operating system are you running?
 
I would say go ahead and file a report then.
 
I am assuming you do have 1.3A installed and that the game was started under that version.
