Changing Capital ?

The Archbishop of Venice had 4 counties as personal demesne ; Orbetello, Brabant, Piombinno and Porto.

His CoA was in Orbetello, and then suddenly his CoA changed to Brabant !
He still holds his Orbetello lands.
Is this some kind of event that fired or did he change the Capital of his scattered realm ?

Since the Archbishop in this case doesn't have any province within his demesne that is part of the default 'duchy' of Venice his capital depends on the income of his other demesne-provinces and/or the culture of the archbishop.

So it can be that that income of Orbetello dropped or that of Brabant increased or there is a new archbishop with Dutch culture.

And the capital can't be changed unless the province i want to be capital is more wealthy?
