Is there anyway to change the path of the user folder? I don't want custom content and saved games stored on my C drive as I am using a SSD with limited capacity.

Yes there is. You can use a junction with Windows.
You need to run a command prompt with administrator privileges and use the command mklink there. (mklink /j even)
