Character editor?

Is there a character and/or family tree editor available for scenarios? After all the great tools that are already out there, you'd have thought somebody would of already made one. I would try but I don't have any good programming tools.

yeah there is a character editor already. cusaderEd (hope I spelled it right) u edit adjust any character with it

Hmmz, I also never heard of a family tree editor...

CrusaderEd doesn't edit the base scenarios which is what i'm trying to do.

I am slowly (very slowly) working on a scenario editor. Don't know when (if) it will be completed though.
