Description​

While I'm travelling abroad in Burgundy, I get a Sway event that says I am passing through Gloucester and asks if I want to stay there for awhile. This event should be blocked from happening while the player character has left the realm.

Steps to reproduce​

Depart on a travel excursion while also having an active Sway scheme in progress.
