Description​

If a neighboring ruler asks to give you gold for a truce and you accept they recieve "recently waged war" - 50 opinion of you even though you never waged war.

Steps to reproduce​

Playing as alodia, a pop saying the dutch of daqa wanted a truce for gold so accepted because I was planning on vassalizing them but they received the -50 "waged war" opinion modifier when I never waged war.
