Yeah there are a few....
Die- will kill the selected character
Byzantine- AI always folds and intrigue always succeeds
Nofog- removes fog of was
Fullcontrol- can control all troops on map
There are also character events that will benefit Martial, Intrigue ect...
Select the character you want to improve the skills of and press F12
type...
charevent 6221
charevent 6222
charevent 6223
charevent 6224
They will increase the four skills respectivly though off the top of my head I cannot remember which does which.
Also if you want a bastard son its charevent 6501
