Children refuses to go to doctor. Or physician refuses to work idk

Description​

For some reason children doesn't get any treatment when they get injuries. At least then you try first option "Do no more than necessary". In this case game treats my kids as i have no physician at all, and they also don't get positive and negative treatment bonuses.
In attached savefile 2nd (Enzio) and 5th (Beatrice) kids have severe injuries, i got physicians event for treatment, both times used more cautious option and both times they treat their wounds without physicians help.
UPD: I don't know how much it's RNG-based, but after i unpaused the game i got 2 new physician events, so you can possibly try it on your own.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Get as many kids as possible
2. Hire physician before or after
3. Try to injure kids somehow. Send them to "meet peers" activity where they most likely drown, but if they survive, it's a chance to get them injured.
4. Then physician ask you how you prefer to threat injury, use first option, "Do no more than necessary"
5. Check kid bonuses.
6. Notice they healing rate as if you had no physician at all.
7. Since no bonuses provided, see your kids getting "poor" health. Pray to God for their survival.

Also i wonder why it take so long to respond to report and fix this, because rn "Meet peers" activity is literally death sentence. Kids quite often get injuries and if you are unlucky your child can just die lol. Grand weddings also had gamebreaking bug and it was fixed very fast.

After Quill update bug still present in game. Kids get injuries on Meet Peers activity and doesn't get health bonuses after doctor's "treatment". Neither positive nor negative.
