I have a weird out of bounce (ugly)texture for the conifer tree since the last update on console

Newest version on console
What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Since the last update on ps4 my conifer tree looks awful, the texture of the tree is and looks really fake and ugly at this moment. Only if i come really close( in the span of around 4 buildings on a screen ) to the tree the normal texture pops up, but before the last update i never had this weird texture. So when i look over my city now, i see a lot of fake trees which ruins my whole city landscape.
This bug only happens with the conifer tree by the way, everything works like normal with the other type of trees. You can see this on the image i post.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
