Graphics flicker in and out while zooming and moving the camera

PS4, playing on PS5
What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit
What mods are you using?
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Its simple, Im running the game on PS5, digital version from the PS store (from PS Plus). The graphics, particularly trees and roads, flicker in and out while I move and zoom the camera. Its really distracting and makes the game unplayable for my tastes, if it was just a couple of textures every so often Id understand as backwards compatibility can do strange things.
I just want to know if there will be a proper PS5 version of the game coming out of if the PS4 version will get a patch to make it work better on PS5.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
It happens every time I play the game, which has been 3 times now. I just play it on my PS4 Pro when I wanna play the game.
