Hi,
I was given a link to this page to report an issue.
I downloaded the game last night and played for 2-3 hours. I hit the save option and quit the game and went to bed.
This morning I fired it up, but the load game option was blacked out, and unavailable.
I started again, this time enabling auto save for every 10 minutes. After about half an hour
I quit the game thinking there might be a couple of save games to load. Sadly not, nothing had saved, the load
Option was again blacked out and unavailable.
No big deal, I can start again without any bother.
I just figured you needed to know about it.
As much as I love the game, it is rendered pretty useless if I can't save it.
Cheers

I should probably add, I deleted the game and re installed it to no avail.

I also had this problem (didnt realise until after I lost hours of gameplay of course ) but I seem to have fixed it at least temporarily by deleting the "user game state" and "game settings" files from my ps4's saved data file. Loaded the game back up, started a new game to test the save feature and it worked! Allowing me to create new save files rather than just stating that it was saving like before. The save/load feature seems to be working fine now.

Unfortunately I couldn't load up my previous games as I'm assuming they never even saved to begin with (regardless of me manually saving them time and time again) and that was the actual problem.

I'd say it's definitely worth trying this if you haven't found a fix yet, hopefully this works for someone else!

Having the save issue on a ps4, internal hd, downloaded game, uploaded data to cloud, attempted a second game and save and still no save.

I have played video games for more than 20 years and have never had a issue like this. How will we be notified of a fix?

This seems to be the current workaround. Delete the two files on your PS4 by going to Settings > Application Saved Data Mangement > Saved Data in System Storage > Delete > Cities: Skylines.

The “Load Game” option will be available the next time you start the game. You can then save/load multiple games. One other thing is that you cant delete saved games through the game menu. You have to do this also going through the PS4 setting menu.
