Weird bug on intersections

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
On intersections, it doesn’t always happen, there is a big hole and something just stretches along a part of the map. And sometimes on train tracks and airports. I play on ps4.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
