Game crashes when renaming road

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So, I play on ps4 and I have this problem where whenever I try to rename a road the game crashes. It opens up the text box but as soon as I hit enter, boom. Blue screen and a message saying an error has occurred in the application.
Everything else is fine (renaming buildings, transport lines etc) but whenever i attempt to rename a road that's it, it crashes on me.
Now not only is this a really irritating bug due to the impact it has on how much I can enjoy any city but I am also trying to get 100% trophies and there are 2 trophies, one which requires you to rename 100 roads and another one where you have to rename a road steve that I cant unlock due to this bug.
I have tried reinstalling and this bug is the same no matter what map I load so if anyone has this problem or could help that would be very much appreciated

Yes, just inspect a road and press rename then press enter and it crashes
