Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When you click on a toll road on the 2nd snow map the game dashboards

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Go to snow map and try to place a toll road

Thanks for reporting your issue. This is known to occur on all Snowfall maps and I'm sure it'll be fixed in the next update, whenever that may be.
