Thats nothing..on another board I had over 2k in less then a year..so I coulda had alot here..but I only come out of the woodwork when a game I want is closer to completition...otherwise it is just too hard..waiting suckiths. I think i'm gonna try for de beta on this one though.
When they arrive I think I will finally switch mine. To the Byzantine (if avaliable) of course.

I think that feature was cut out
IIRC, the feature was only partially cut out, and still exists when it comes to the larger states (originally it was meant that every province had it's own CoA). And Sergei did say that if he has too much free time, it might later be fully applied in a patch...
Sounds like the sort of thing modders would finish off anyway. Where's that Mad King James guy...?
