Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
In attempting to spawn my troops in two separate places I managed to spawn the same mercenary company in two different locations.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. while at peace and paused, have merc company already hired
2. start war
3. have only 1 rally point at your capital
4. ctrl-click to raise local armies at your capital rally point
5. move rally point to another location
6. go to military menu, click on the mercenary company and select the Raise button
7. mercs will immediately spawn at the new rally point.
8. unpause game, some days later mercs will spawn at the original rally point as well with the 'local armies' spawn, which you can verify by selecting the army and clicking the Split off Special Soldiers button.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
