A Castilian cadet branch, dynn_La_Cerda, is missing localization. (However, dynn_la_Cerda with small l, has a localization.)

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Create a cadet branch as a Castilian character, dynn_La_Cerda will appear after a few.
