Confirmed CK III - Cannot finish the war

Short summary of your issue Cannot finish the war Game Version 1.42 What OS are you playing on? Windows What platform are you using? Steam Do you have mods enabled? No Have you tried verifying your game files (Steam only)? Yes How much "pain" is this causing you? 8 Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible Playing as a vassal of West Franc in 866, another vassal declared war on me. When I captured the war leader and gained 100%, I cannot make the peace deal or surrender. Another interesting thing is the west franc king actually joined the war against me. I tried to execute the war leader and hoped the war would be over. That did not work and the war continues. Please explain how to reproduce the issue The vassal just declares war on me. Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue? I was using the claiming throne regime I have attached a save game Yes Upload Attachment File(s) attached
