Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Using the culture filter in the "Find spouse" window will lead to confusing inaccurate or even contrary results (when the character you are searching a spouse for is of foreign culture (?)). // (Screenshots for clarification)

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. Start new game
2. Recruit a character/guest of foreign culture to your court
3. "Find spouse" and activate the different culture filters
4. Results are inexpedient or even contrary

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Save game relevant: Use the "Find spouse"-system on the character named "Havel", who is a freshly recruited guest turned courtier with foreign culture "Polabian" (Player culture is "Saxon").

Hello, warhorse_stampede!

Thanks for reporting this! It looks like the filter text applies to your own dynasty, but the results are actually filtered by the person you're arranging the marriage for. For example, your character appears to be Saxon but arranging marriage for a Polabian character, and so selecting to filter Saxons (your own culture) will show Polabians (their own culture).
We're already aware of this issue and investigating it so that arranging marriages goes as smoothly as possible!
