Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Cultures that have dynasty_name_first set to "yes" still show a character's given name before their dynasty name, even though it should be the opposite.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start a game, look at any Mogyër/Hungarian/Han character.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
The property is already set to yes for Chinese and Magyar cultures, it just doesn't work properly.
