Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Granting titles can, some times, cause my current candidate for (Scandinavian) elective titles to become no longer eligible for said titles.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Conquer land, grant new titles to people, watch heir change notification.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
It appears like it might only happen when the current candidate has not yet come of age. It might also have to do with the title going to someone of a non-feudal government type.

In the attached file, you can see it happen by granting the freshly-conquered county of Lleida to the Grand Mayor of Barcelona.
